Lisbon, Madrid, Liverpool, Prague. These are just some of the recent holders of Europe's premier urban trophy: the European Capital of Culture. The title returns to Spain in 2016 and the battle to be selected as recipient city is heating up. Ibiza, alongside Balearic friends Mallorca, Menorca and Formentera, is gearing up to take the crown.
