Groups & events
Bring the group. We'll handle Ibiza.
Corporate trips, weddings, celebrations and large groups. Multiple vehicles, multiple locations, multiple things happening at once — coordinated by one person who answers the phone.
Plan a groupThe actual problem
Groups don’t fall apart over money. They fall apart over logistics.
Thirty people land across six flights. Half are in a villa near Sant Josep, half are in San Antonio. There’s a boat on Wednesday, a dinner on Thursday and a club on Friday, and one person in the group is quietly doing all the admin and enjoying none of it.
That person is who we replace. You give us the shape of the trip, we run the moving parts, and you go back to being on holiday with your friends.
And it will change. Someone misses a flight, the boat moves a day, half the group decides they’d rather eat somewhere else. That’s normal — it’s also the part that’s easy for us to absorb and almost impossible to handle from inside the group, on holiday, with everyone’s phone on silent.
Who we do this for
Corporate
Incentive trips, company offsites and client entertaining. Arrivals across different flights, vehicles that show up when they said they would, and one person accountable for the whole thing.
Weddings
Guest shuttles between hotels and the venue, the couple's car, and the late run home. Wedding transport in Ibiza is mostly a timing problem, and timing is the part we're good at.
Celebrations
Milestone birthdays and anniversaries, where the group is large, the plan is loose, and somebody needs to hold it together without becoming the trip's administrator.
Large friendship groups
Twenty or thirty people across several villas who all want slightly different things. We make that work without anyone having to chair a meeting about it.

What we take on
One point of contact for the entire group — before the trip and during it.
Most of it should be invisible. The measure of a group trip that went well isn’t that nothing changed — it’s that the changes never reached the group.
Group sizes
From a dozen people in a single minibus to a couple of hundred across several coaches and multiple pickup points.
- Airport arrivals
- Split across flights and terminals, tracked individually.
- Multiple pickup points
- Villas at opposite ends of the island, collected to one schedule.
- Coaches and minibuses
- Sized so the group travels together instead of in relays.
- Villa and hotel logistics
- Including the addresses drivers can't find without help.
- Boats
- Port transfers timed against the charter, not guessed at.
- Nightlife
- Tables arranged, and the return leg booked before you go out.
- Return transport
- The bit that gets forgotten until 5am.

Group travel that doesn’t feel like a coach trip.
Moving people together is cheaper and simpler than five separate cars. It shouldn’t feel like a downgrade — so the vehicles are the ones you’d be happy arriving in.
“We used Addicted To Ibiza VIP for a group trip of 30 people to the island for all our transport and closing party ticket needs. I can't recommend this concierge service highly enough and we'll definitely use again. Super helpful but most of all super patient with all requests and any changes to plans. Darren responded quickly to our requests and played a huge part in making our trip such a success and so enjoyable for everyone. Thanks so much Darren and see you next time!”
Plan a group.
Even a rough outline is enough to start. Dates, numbers, and what you already know.
There’s no commitment in asking. Some groups come to us months out with nothing booked but the flights; others a fortnight before with everything half-arranged and one piece missing. Both are easier to work with than you’d think.
