So a few weeks back we asked our Facebook community about their essentials for Ibiza.
We've been getting ready for our trip as the addictedtoibiza crew make it to the white island this weekend and wanted to share our essentials for Ibiza!
1. Passport, tickets and money-
no one wants to be without their passport, since no passport = no party! Having your flight details printed out plus plenty of euros to spend/travellers cheques.
2. Swimwear-
whether it's a one piece or a bikini, baywatch style speedos or board shorts, you'll want to look great on the beach! That's why we've packed some of our favourite XTG swimwear.
Visit www.xtg.es for their full range of swimwear.
3. music-
The addictedtoibiza team can't live without music. So whether it's your iPod and headphones for the beach, or a pair of speakers to plug it into so that you can have your own afterparty, music is essential for any Ibiza addict.
4. Beach towel -
you don't want to be on that beach with a scruffy hotel - so funk it up with a beach towel! The brighter the better we say =)
5. The addicted to Ibiza iPhone app-
yes if you haven't already downloaded the addictedtoibiza iPhone app as we've just had a major price crash. Download it now for the small price of £1.19 / €1.59 / $1.99 USD.
Find out more here or visit the Apple App Store.
6. fresh underwear & clothes -
if you're hoping for a little romance in Ibiza, make sure you've got fresh underwear. Some flattering clothes would be great too!
7. Toiletries-
Toothbrush? Toothpaste? Shampoo? Shower gel? Razor? Soap? Make sure you've packed it all so that you can stay hygienic and clean :)
8. Tanning lotions-
whether it be sun block or tanning oil, make sure you're covered when you are out in the sun. Oh and don't forget the after sun in case it does get too much!
9. Supplements & snacks-
Keeping your food intake up whilst partying is key. So pack some some protein bars or shakes to keep your protein levels high and keep you looking great.
Find out more at www.maximuscle.com
10. Sunglasses-
Look stylish and protect your eyes with a stylish pair of sunglasses.
Oh and don't forget your camera to take lots of pics to upload and share with us on Facebook!

just looking at that XTG website- very sexy swimwear...i know where i'm buying my boyfriend his XMAS pressies from! oh and it says they have a shop in London too! Score!

Hi Eastcoastpaleo,Cool Post, My medical dotcor encouraged me to experiment with the Paleo weight loss program just to leap start off my procedure. I've been reviewing some recipes and worry that there are important foods that my kiddos are certainly not receiving. (The recipes seem to be notably mild on grain, dairy and fruit) I just want to make sure that I really don't deprive them of crucial vitamins and minerals.Cheers

He could say such sweet things in beteewn the coughs and as much as I wanted to ease him, still the wind grew colder around us. The dying of the season, ran its' claws over us while raking him far more menacingly. Snow fell at first white and fluffy, to which he dropped something of his own, red and wet. Fluttering slowly, dripping heavily. I can't seem to remember what came first, but now it was his blood staining my clothes, my hands. They shook so hard too, dabbling at his lips.

Nice post. And thanks for redmniing me. . . .I'm a 50-yr.-old man who switched three weeks ago. I got obsessed a couple of months ago, but was reading a lot and getting some ideas.I couldn't wait for the lengthy delivery on my Merkur 34C, so I had an Edwin Jagger overnighted. The Derby blades sounded about right.I was underwhelmed. Th experience was all that I'd hoped it would be, but the shave was weak. I still used a Fusion at work after gym, and the multi-pass technique with it was amazing BBS and all that. The DE safety was more fun, but a crummier shave.Well, I'm getting better, and I'm still having fun. And the "crummy" DE shave is still vastly superior to the one-pass shave I used to live with. Lived with for over thirty years, that is.So, as you suggest, patience will be my watchword. . . .Thanks again.
